Association membership is one of the highest-quality contact sources in
the public domain, and it decays: members join and leave, numbers
change, companies dissolve. Every roster below shows when it was last
captured and when the scheduler will take it again. Associations with
no capture yet are listed rather than hidden — the work still to do is
part of the coverage picture.

The files everything else is computed from. Roster freshness above is
only half the picture — members are matched into the
Companies House register, and a nine-month-old register cannot see a
company incorporated since, or a dissolution, or a rename. Age is the
file's own timestamp, not whether a job reported success: a job that
runs and fails leaves the previous file in place, which is correct and
is exactly what a green tick would hide.
